SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are post by Express Post with Australia Post. Each customer receives a tracking number for the delivery that can be tracked on https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search. Handling time is generally the same day, however we try not to post on Thursday or Friday so that it is not stuck in transit over the weekend. 

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

If an order is found to be incorrect, defective or damaged during shipping you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges. We will not take returns of the product for heath and safety reasons. To receive a refund or replacement, pre-approval is required. Please contact us at info@mulletroeaustralia.com. If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the form of payment that was used to make the original purchase.

Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable possibly because the address that was provided is incorrect, will be charged the full sale price of the product and shipping costs, including return shipping charges to Mullet Roe Australia.
